1.Received your order request
After processed your payment and received your order request, we will email you to confirm this order. Then we are going to check for available quantities. If the items are available , we will prepare the items in your order.
If some of the items aren't available we will return your money for this product. See our return policy p.3.
In this part, we kindly ask about 1-5 business days /after receiving clear payment/ for the quality control and arrange a suitable shipment. After the package ship out, we will send you an email about the delivery information.
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
The actual shipping time to destination countries is based on the shipping method in your order.
A: Standard delivery: 7 - 25 business days
B: Fast Delivery: 3 - 7 business days
You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.
Note: The public holidays, destination countries and couriers will be affected the shipping time too .
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
According to the feedback, the most packages can deliver fast and safely.
Note: For tracking numbers, it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.

Postage is calculated in accordance with the weight ,So buy more and save more!
6. The shipping cost
The shipping costs depend on the weight, delivery way(EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS, or sea transit), and destination country. So it is difficult for us to declare an exact shipping fee before you place an order (the weight of one piece bikini is about 0.05kg ,but the leather is about 0.3kg /pc). And you could choose the shipping method you like and we will also check all the express and suggest the most suitable way for you. If you are not satisfied with our shipping fee, you also can choose to cancel your order .

7. Local taxes and import duties
Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering. With the package we send "commercial invoice" with lower prices, so you can lower local taxes and import duties.
Please contact us within 3 months from the shipment date if you still have not received your package when shipped via standard or fast shipping. For Latin America, this deadline is extended to 4 months for postal deliveries. All expedited delivery issues must also be reported within 3 months from the shipment date. After this period, we will no longer be able to offer compensation. Kindly note that packages shown as delivered on the shipping courier's website by fast shipping method are exempt from this policy.
We respond to all complaints within 48 hours except on weekends and public holidays.
